Double K Properties buys houses directly in Middle Georgia. We are not a national lead-generation company, and we are not trying to tie up houses just to assign the contract to another buyer. These are examples of real houses we have bought, repaired, and either kept as rentals or resold after renovation.
We do not publish exact addresses out of respect for prior sellers and current occupants. Serious sellers who want to verify that we actually buy houses can ask for additional confirmation.

Bought: 2012
Situation: This was an inherited house owned by someone living out of state. The property had a non-paying tenant, access to the house was difficult, and the air conditioner was not working.
What we did: We bought the house, renovated it, and still have tenants living in it today.
This is a good example of the kind of problem property we can handle. The seller did not need to repair the house, remove the tenant, or manage the situation from out of state.

Situation: This was a vacant inherited house with probate issues. It had no utilities, needed a full rehab, had a flea problem, and unauthorized people had been staying there.
What we did: We bought the house as-is, completed a full renovation, and now have tenants living in it.
This is the kind of house that can be difficult to sell the traditional way. Many buyers do not want to deal with probate complications, no utilities, major repairs, cleanup problems, and unauthorized occupants.

Situation: This was a vacant house owned by landlords who were tired of dealing with it. The house only needed a light cosmetic rehab, but the owners wanted a simple sale.
What we did: We updated the house and now have tenants living in it.
Not every house we buy is severely damaged. Sometimes the seller simply wants a direct sale without showings, repairs, negotiations, or waiting on a traditional buyer.
