The house did not need a full rebuild. It mainly needed a light cosmetic rehab, but the owners wanted a direct sale without dealing with showings, repairs, negotiations, or waiting on a traditional buyer.
Why This Was a Good Fit
Not every house we buy is severely damaged. Sometimes the problem is not the house itself, but the owner’s situation. A landlord may be tired of managing the property, dealing with repairs, handling tenants, or keeping up with a vacant house.
In this case, the sellers wanted a simple sale to a local buyer who could close directly and handle the updates after closing.
What We Did
Double K Properties bought the house directly, updated it, and kept it as a rental.
After the updates were completed, the house was put back into use and now has tenants living in it.
What This Shows Sellers
