Will I actually close and take title?
As you try to sell your house you may run into wholesalers, with a goal of getting you to sign a contract and then sell this contract to someone else. You will never be required to sign a contract with me (but you can). I want to buy houses, but I don't want to force you to sell to me. You can change your mind any time before the final closing.
I am the owner of Double K Property Management, and my goal is to buy houses as long term rentals. I buy houses all over the Middle Georgia area, but as an example seach for the Owner Name, Double K Property Management, with the Houston County tax assessor and see several of the houses I own.
My goal is to buy your house, and once we have an agreement, I will close. I will not have inspection periods, escape clause, or contingencies. I will close in about 1 week.
